Dr Masoud Graduated from the Royal College Of Surgeons In Ireland 1993.
Worked as a pediatrician for 5 years and completed General Practice Vocational training in 2000. Worked as a GP in the UK for 12 years before he decided to settle in Western Australia.
He is a member of the Royal College Of General Practitioners (london) and also a member of the Australian Royal College Of General Practicioner.
